What to include
Payment or missing credits
Include the payment date, amount, account email and Stripe receipt or invoice reference.
Failed PDF job
Include the time, tool, filename (but not the document itself), and any trace or idempotency reference shown.
Refund or cancellation
State the purchase date, pack and reason. Your statutory rights are not affected by our commercial policy.
Privacy or account deletion
Email from your account address. We may verify your identity before disclosing or deleting account data.
