Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Payper Pdf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use of service

Payper Pdf provides PDF processing tools on a pay-per-use basis through a credit system. You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Process files you do not have the right to use or distribute
• Attempt to bypass our credit system or payment mechanisms
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our service
• Use automated systems to access the service in a way that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce

Credits and payments

Credits are the currency used to perform actions on PayPerPdf. Each action consumes a specific number of credits as displayed before you confirm the action.

• Credit pack purchases are one-time payments and credits never expire
• Subscription credits replenish monthly and may roll over up to a specified limit
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first credit pack purchase. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing, but we do not refund the current billing period. Unused credits remain in your account after cancellation.

File processing and storage

When you upload files to Payper Pdf, you grant us the right to process those files to provide the requested services. We store files temporarily according to our retention policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of files.

We are not liable for any loss or corruption of files. You should not rely on our service as your only storage solution.

Intellectual property

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Payper Pdf and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the files you upload and process through our service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall PayPerPdf be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
